OUR BEEF

We hand select, the best our beef, from our Black Angus herd.  We guarantee that our cattle is raised in the most natural way possible.  This means the best 100% naturally raised, grass, and quality hay fed beef.  Our beef is FREE of hormones, steroids, animal-by-products, antibiotics, corn, and soy.

Beef sides are priced at $5.50 per pound.

A half ranges from 300 lbs to 350 lbs

A quarter ranges from 150 lbs to 175 lbs.  

A $200.00 deposit is required to secure the order.  

Customers are provided a cutting sheet to choose all their preferred cuts.
