In the spring we purchase our Heritage Yorkshire pigs from a local farmer, at 8 - 10 weeks old.  They live in our barn and are free to stay in or roam around in their spacious outside pen, where they love to dig around.  

Our pigs are fed a certified non GMO diet, which includes; pure vegetable protein, and our own garden culls.  We guarantee that our animals are FREE of hormones, steroids, animal-by-products and antibiotics. 

We process our pork during the fall and early winter.

Sides are $4.75 per pound.  

A half ranges from 130 lbs to 150 lbs.  

A $100.00 deposit is required to secure the order.  

Customers are then provided a cutting sheet to choose all their preferred cuts.
